In your cover letter, please include your name, mailing address, a short bio (no more than 150 words), the title of your piece--and let us know if it has been performed at a DimeStories Open MIc (and if it was a Best Of).  Remember participation in DimeStories Open Mic events is NOT required.

If your piece is selected, we will ask for a photo of you.
